Woodville/Wilkinson County Main Street Association, Inc. was formed in 2004, and we were designated one of 53 Certified Mississippi Main Street Communities with a Four Point Approach to economic development: Design, Promotion, Organization, and Economic Restructuring.

The Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is run by its Board of Directors, managed by its one paid employee and relies upon its volunteers.

The volunteer organization initiates projects to improve the community and to support local businesses.

The Courthouse Trees Rehabilitation Project and the Woodville Deer and Wildlife Festival are two of its most visible projects.
